Shipping and Returns<\/h1>\n

This page summarizes our shipping and returns terms. The full terms governing your purchase are set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy. <\/p>\n

Delivery times are calculated from the date the order leaves our warehouse and are stated in business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included. <\/p>\n

When will your order be shipped?<\/h2>\n

Orders confirmed and paid before 12:00 noon (mainland Spain time) on a business day are handed over to GLS that same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on public holidays are shipped on the next business day. <\/p>\n

If payment is made by bank transfer, the delivery timeframe starts once we confirm receipt of the payment.<\/p>\n

If any item is unavailable, we will notify you within a maximum of 48 business hours and give you the option to wait for it to be restocked, replace it with an equivalent item, or cancel the order for a full refund.<\/p>\n

How is your order delivered?<\/h2>\n

We ship with GLS to the address you provide. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. <\/p>\n

Please check the condition of the package in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage, make a note of it on the delivery note and email us at pedidos@bulltac.es <\/a>within 24 hours. <\/p>\n

If, after two delivery attempts, we are unable to deliver your order for reasons beyond our control and the package is returned to us, we may charge you the return shipping costs and the cost of reshipping the order.<\/p>\n

If you wish to return your order: right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it without giving any reason. Email us at pedidos@bulltac.es<\/a>, stating your order number and the items you wish to return. <\/p>\n
