BALMIS Squad Combat Medical Kit

Organizes the squad medic’s medical equipment to treat multiple casualties during the initial phase of care. Prioritizes rapid identification of contents and quick access to essential equipment.

The “Balmis” IFAK pays tribute to Francisco Javier Balmis, the military physician who led the Royal Philanthropic Vaccine Expedition. His name represents the commitment to saving lives and delivering medical care wherever it is needed most—values that inspire this combat medical kit.
