BALMIS Individual Combat First Aid Kit

Individual first aid kit designed to keep medical supplies organized and provide quick access in combat situations. Its pull tab allows it to be opened in a single motion, even while wearing gloves, and fully deployed for clear visibility and rapid access to the contents during the initial treatment of a casualty. Compatible with the MOLLE system for attachment to vests, belts, or the COLÓN Backpack.

The “Balmis” IFAK pays tribute to Francisco Javier Balmis, a military physician who led the Royal Philanthropic Vaccine Expedition. His name embodies the commitment to saving lives and delivering medical care wherever it is needed most—values that inspire this combat first aid kit.
